Sharda Ramadhar is a motivated Financial with over 20 years of experience in financial administration and customer service. Driven to leverage her financial expertise in a more people-oriented setting, Sharda sought a career shift that allowed for greater human interaction. She joined CEP in December 2024 as an Operations & Policy Supporting Officer.

Throughout her career, Sharda has handled a variety of financial tasks, including accounts payable, VAT, and Intercompany reconciliations. She has a strong analytical background and is skilled at identifying trends and improving processes. Her experience in customer service has equipped her with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sharda is passionate about helping others and is excited to contribute her skills and experience to CEP.
