The training aims to
- Explore leadership’s impact on developing a rehabilitation culture in probation and parole agencies.
- Upgrade and refresh core correctional skills, such as:
- building up the working alliance,
- pro-social modelling,
- problem-solving,
- motivational interviewing, and
- cognitive interventions.
Fees
Late registration fee:
for CEP members: 550 euro
for non-CEP members: 650 euro
