The training aims to

  • Explore leadership’s impact on developing a rehabilitation culture in probation and parole agencies.
  • Upgrade and refresh core correctional skills, such as:
    • building up the working alliance,
    • pro-social modelling,
    • problem-solving,
    • motivational interviewing, and
    • cognitive interventions.

Fees

Early bird fee till 16th June:

for CEP members: 450 euro

for non-CEP members: 550 euro
