Martine Herschel

Martine Herschel is the Executive Officer at Confederation of European Probation (CEP). After graduating with a Bachelor degree in International Business and Management studies, Martine Herschel started working in various marketing and sales positions as well as IT consultancy. In 2018 she started working for CEP as operations and policy support officer where she was responsible for supporting the organisation of meetings and events and the general administration management.

Currently, she is responsible for advising and preparing the organisation of CEP events, maintaining the financial management by preparing budgets, financial reports, annual financial audits by the accountant and calculating subscription fees. She is responsible for the organisation of the tri-annual General Assembly and producing the financial working papers. Besides these financial tasks she is also responsible for producing organisational policy papers; managing HR matters; providing membership information and responding to general enquiries.
